Activities of the Sales ManagerItaly:

  • Strategicallydriving total profitable revenue and market share growth with assigned existingand new account portfolio (multi -segment) for our global hotel portfolio
  • Creating aconsultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity
  • Researching,identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developingrelationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients
  • Preparing astrategic account plan for each key- and prospect account
  • Identifyingnew prospect accounts by constant market analysis
  • Pro-activelyworking together in global account teams
  • Producingreports and use corresponding systems for analysing data and preparing actionplans
  • Reporting tothe Country Director of Sales

 

 The qualities we arelooking for

  • Bachelor’sdegree in hospitality or tourism
  • At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in sales within the hotel industry
  • Experience in contracting and negotiating
  • Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals
  • Fluent in English
  • Energizing and friendly personality
  • Fluent in MS Office
