Job Description

  • To responsible for establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with regular Korean customers in hotel and Phokeethra Country Club (PCC)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in new business opportunities and achieving sales targets in Korean Market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and calling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the PCC golf course and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to PCC Golf members and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements in hotel and golf sales.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Work closely with Golf Operation Manager, sales & marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to be able to explain and sell services and facilities to clients. 
  • Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative programs in terms of tournament and other events for PCC.

Qualifications

  • Must be native in Korean with strong communication skills and fluent in English for communication in Korea (oral & written) . 
  • Knowledge of the Korean market with connections to hotel and golf industry.
  • Bachelor Degree in
  • Prefer to have an experience in the hotel industry or golf industry
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
