Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for Sales Coordinator to join our team.

What to Expect

This position is offered for a definite period of time of 12 months with a possibility to change to unlimited contract, based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.

Feedback is a key; therefore, you will be asked to give your feedback on regular basis and you will also have an informal chat with your manager and trainer.

About the Job

Sales Coordinator provides administrative and sales support to the Sales Team, Conference and Services Team as needed. Sales Coordinator works closely with Sales Managers based on commercial objectives to convert business opportunities including but not limited to preparation of proposals and contracts, seamless data input and data analysis, handling various sales communications and maintains multiple databases.

The candidate must be a team player with strong customer care, excellent attention to detail and interest in sales and marketing.

About You and Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Managers by responding to general inquiries and client requests, preparing sales documents (proposals, contracts, presentations) and actively conducting follow-up activities.
  • Providing administrative support and performing other tasks and projects as required by the Director of Sales and Director Of Marketing.
  • Respond to inquiries in absence of Sales Manager, submit RFP’s on Cvent and similar platforms.
  • Assist in planning and execution of site inspections, fam trips, client entertainment and similar sales activities.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and pre-qualify leads in a time-efficient and professional manner.
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working closely with all team members of the Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Prepare internal communication and attend internal meetings in order to share information efficiently and in professional manner.
  • Use company wide programs and platforms for group business development.
  • Manage and maintain Golden Sales & Catering high quality data input including account creation, account activities, contact information, client email lists, bookings] etc. in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
  • In need periods, supports Conference & Services Team.

Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office; PMS and Golden S&M knowledge is considered as advantage.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail, proactive and customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient bilingual oral and writing skills (Czech / English).
  • Any previous hospitality experience would be beneficial.
  • EU Work Authorization
