Our Open Opportunity
We invite you to apply to join our team at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago team as a Sales Coordinator! The Sales Coordinator is an essential member of the Sales team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and business partners.
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
Sales Coordinator follows up on sales leads and inquires, coordinates the planning of amenity arrangements, confirms reservations and upgrades.
Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems, have strong written and verbal communication skills and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
- Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook
- Work well under pressure, requires multitasking and being a team player.
- Good organizational skills.
- Previous secretarial, hotel, and/or related experience preferred.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
