The Hilton Motif Seattle is looking for a Sales and Events Coordinator to join their team! 

What will I be doing?

This Sales and Events Coordinator works closely with the hotel Event and Sales Managers by providing administrative support in all facets of booking groups and servicing events.  Duties include but are not limited to, contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service.  Responsibilities also include administrative office work, answering sales and events leads, detailing reports, scheduling VIP amenities, scheduling site inspections, detailing events and other projects as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a friendly and tenacious demeanor, the ability to learn new hospitality computer programs and excel in multitasking and completing projects in a timely manner.  This person must demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

*The hourly rate for this position is from $24.00 – $24.50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
