Job Description

In conjunction with the Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for effective Sales coverage of the local, domestic & international markets, to the highest professional standards and in accordance with the standard operating procedures of the department.

He/she will be responsible for the proper coordination and execution of the sales efforts in allocated market segments and revenue stream. Follow-up and executives’ potential sales leads, develops positive relations with current, past and potential accounts, actualizes mailing lists, updates market data and remains informed daily on the activities of the direct competitors. Ensures full compliance with the corporate brand identity directives. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identifies key revenue generating areas, issues and concerns and acts on them immediately.

Executes agreed objectives and achieve the targets set by the DOS/DOSM.

Accomplish minimum of 15 new acquisition accounts every month.

Assist the DOS/DOSM in the development and execution of realistic and measurable action plans.

Monitors the materialization of offering the optimum rates.

Managing accounts and develop relation and increase revenue.

Support Sales executives to acquire and develop their accounts.

Joint sales calls with team to develop the accounts.
