Job Description

The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Disney Springs is looking for their next Revenue Analyst to join their team! This role supports the Revenue Management, Reservations, and Sales areas to maintain the integrity of rates, reservations, and various partnership accounts. The ideal candidate would have a natural curiosity to ask questions, have an eye for detail, and is great with numbers! 

Doubletree Suites by Hilton is the only all-suite hotel in the Walt Disney World Resort, located in the exciting Disney Springs Area.

What will I be doing?

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you would be responsible for managing and analyzing the historical and statistical data related to the Revenue Management in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Collect, enter, process and maintain historical and statistical data related to management of hotel revenue
  • Create, prepare, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports using current data management systems
  • Provide analysis of trends, demand and market conditions
  • Conduct and enter results from shop calls
  • Respond to guests and provide administrative support, as needed

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.  This involves listening to the nature of the concern, demonstrating empathy with the team and providing positive and proactive solutions.
  • Ability to access, read, and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system to include software such as Microsoft Office and Hilton OnQ systems (R&I, OnQ PM, etc.)
  • Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations.
  • Analytical ability sufficient to assess revenue/rate trends and make relevant decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal forms.
