Job Description
Responsible for assisting in the supervision of food preparation and production in Keller’s American Grill.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures all food is re-stocked, maintained at required temperatures and is distributed according to set portion controls.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the food line.
- Orders and receives of kitchen materials.
- Supervises proper food rotation and the coaching of F&B staff.
- Must be able to work under pressure and make split second decisions.
- Ensures freshness and quality of food product.
- All other duties assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years’ F&B experience preferred.
- Culinary certifications a plus.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.
- May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights.
