Job Description

Responsible for assisting in the supervision of food preparation and production in Keller’s American Grill.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures all food is re-stocked, maintained at required temperatures and is distributed according to set portion controls.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the food line.
  • Orders and receives of kitchen materials.
  • Supervises proper food rotation and the coaching of F&B staff.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and make split second decisions.
  • Ensures freshness and quality of food product.
  • All other duties assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years’ F&B experience preferred.
  • Culinary certifications a plus.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.
  • May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights.
