The Position

Ready to join the management team of a renowned restaurant in a five-star luxury hotel environment? To support its exceptional reputation and dedicated team? Then we’d love you to join us at Rocco Forte Hotels as a Supervisor.

You will support the Restaurant Management team and you’ll be responsible for the flawless running of our breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations, maintaining a cool head and positive attitude as you steer the restaurant team.

You’ll be passionate about giving guests the warm, intuitive service they’ve come to expect from Rocco Forte Hotels, and you’ll draw on your outstanding leadership and communication skills to ensure those high standards are met by your team. You will lead by example – guiding team members to become adept at anticipating guests’ every need and take pride in consistently exceeding their expectations.

Naturally, you’ll be fluent in fine food and wine – an expert in all things edible and well-versed in culinary trends and the wider market, communicating your understanding with contagious enthusiasm. You’ll have a knack for numbers and an aptitude for organisation as well as striking people skills to ensure financial targets are hit.
