The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join their extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world-leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 280 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in the hotel’s operations by handling reservations and assisting guests with booking their stays. Under the general direction of the Reservations Manager and within the limits of Holiday Inn Hotels Standards, Policies and Procedures and local requirements, as a Reservations Agent, you will serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations within the hotel. Also, you’re responsible for offering excellent customer service, providing information’s, up-selling, Data entry, handling inquires, communication, record keeping, training and other solutions to meet Guest needs. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of do the right thing, show we care, aim higher, celebrate difference, work better together of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

At all times you must be representative of the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites service standards.  To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests. 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus, and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools, and processes. Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are an added advantage. Leadership skills and strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
