Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Reservations Agent to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary:
- you are responsible for answering all internal and external telephone calls
- you are processing all reservation enquiries on your own
- you act as an interface between all departments of the hotel in order to fulfil all guest requests
- you have first-class product knowledge in terms of hotel rooms, prices, promotions, amenities, etc.
Required Skills:
- You have a completed education in the hotel industry
- You have very good language skills in German and English and enjoy using them
- You know how to use MS Office and ideally have experience with the Opera Property Management System
