The Position

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the charming, confident face behind the reception desk — the first point of contact between guests and the hotel. Working alongside our Reception Manager, you will deal with any guest requests, and ensure that special guest instructions are planned for, communicated, and carried out.

You will possess a clear, considerate telephone manner, a good head for numbers, exceptional organisation skills, and IT conversance. Naturally, you will bring with you excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player, working to deliver the best experience for guests as a collective. In turn, you be given the support to develop your skills and career with us.
