Portfolio Revenue Manager – India based | IHG Army Hotels

Your Day to Day

We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our team. We are looking for a Portfolio Revenue Manager/Specialist to join our team. The role will be based our of our India support office and report to our Revenue Performance Director based in Sydney.   The core responsibility of the role is to ensure that all inventory and revenues are maximized to full potential across the Hotels; including but not limited to accommodation rooms, conferencing space, food and beverage outlets, channel management and loyalty contribution. Key driver of internal and external revenue generation data analysis. In conjunction with the Portfolio Revenue Manager / Senior Portfolio Revenue Manager accurately forecast demand and price accordingly, to maximize hotel revenues, to achieve superior performance in comparison to the competitive set as measured in RGI and as against budget growth targets
 

What we need from you
 

To be successful in this role the following skills and attributes are highly desirable.  
•   University Degree or Hospitality Diploma/Degree is desirable
•   Experience in a Reservations/Yield Management Environment is desirable
•   Proven knowledge of Revenue Management Software Systems like Optims, Ideas, Rate360, IHG Concerto RMS.
•   Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel. 
•   Strong research and analytical skills
•   Excellent verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills. 
•   IHG Systems & Tools knowledge is ideal.
•   Intimate knowledge of Central Reservation System (IHG Concerto/Trust/Marsha etc), Property Management System (Opera) is desirable
•   Good communication and ability to articulate in reading, writing and spoken English.
