Job Description

– Maintains positive interaction with customers and colleagues with good working relationships.
– Answers all incoming calls in a professional manner using correct telephone etiquette at all times.
– Answer and manage customer emails.
– Answer wake up calls.
– Handle any queries or requests from customers and guests, referring them to the appropriate department.
– Other tasks specific to the position.
– Degree or higher diploma in hospitality or tourism management would be an advantage.
– Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, including internship.
– Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
– Commitment and passion for providing personalised service to guests, anticipation and attention to detail.
– Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
– 2 consecutive days off per week.
– Meals and uniform provided by the hotel.
