The Position

Are you passionate about all things patisserie? Excited to develop your culinary career in a world-leading luxury hotel? Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as Pastry Chef de Partie.

You will be working with Adam Byatt, our Chef Director, Nelson Sa, Executive Pastry Chef and our talented team of chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team.

Supporting the Pastry Sous Chef as a member of our dedicated kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional pastries and decadent desserts for our discerning guests. Bringing exceptional cookery skills and a keen eye for detail, you will deliver our pastry and dessert menu to the highest standards, taking pride in your work and remaining unflappable in the high-pressure environment of our busy kitchen.

You will be well-versed in the techniques and innovations of the world of patisserie, and will bring comparable experience in a fine dining establishment.
