About the role
Four Seasons at The Surf Club is looking for an Overnight Residential Concierge.

The Residential Concierge will hold Four Seasons Culture Standards with high regard, as they are the first and last impression of our residences. The Residential Concierge will escort and give a residence and hotel orientation to all arriving residents and/or guests and ensure that all residents' parcels are handled promptly and accurately. The  Residential Concierge will also respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner set forth by our core standards.

The Residential Concierge will also be flexible in handling other duties related to the Residential Concierge department including but not limited to move in and out, construction requirements requests, etc.

What you will do

  • Provide information regarding hotel events, outlets and amenities
  • Answer telephones at the residences concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums
  • Perform any special projects deemed necessary by your direct supervisor/concierge or the Residential Office Manager
  • Ability to properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes.
  • Ability to know what activities are available in the city, i.e. theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and to establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for residents.
  • Ability to recite all hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, hotel policies, etc
  • Ability to work closely with the Valet Parking staff to ensure the smooth handling of residents and patron vehicles.
  • Ability to work closely with the Residence Pages to ensure smooth handling of resident luggage, packages, message delivery and/or special requests.
  • Ability to use the hotel computer system and phone system.

  • Ability to keep the senior management well informed of any residents problems or complaints, and action taken.

Ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, employees and outside contacts

Schedule & Hours:

•     Full time (Overnights)

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. Internal Four Seasons Management Employees outside of the US may qualify for an L1 Visa.
