Essential duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that efficient method of order taking is taking place
- Establish an effective and efficient method for setting orders properly
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
- Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is advantage
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
