What will you be doing?

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be empowered to create memorable guest experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure, in fact for the entire guest journey! Your responsibilities include:

·         Providing a warm and personalised welcome

·         Efficiently checking guests in and out.

·         Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.

·         Addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction.

·         Coordinating with various departments to anticipate and meet guest needs.

·         Working as part of a professional team to deliver on Hilton’s promise to provide the most friendly and reliable stays.

·         Responsible for the safely and wellbeing of guests and property overnight.

·         Assist the Night Manager with general administration and night audit, as required.

Our Night GSA will be rostered across 7 days, with scheduled hours of work being 10.30pm to 7.00am.

What are we looking for?

This position requires an average of 32 hours per week with scheduled hours of work being 10.30pm to 7.00am.
