Excalibur is looking for a Games Operator to join the Midway team! Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work in a place full of excitement, diversity, and entertainment? THE JOB:

As a Games Operator, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.00/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet guests and provide guest service.

  • Maintain a friendly, courteous and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees at all times.

  • Encourage arcade game play to guests and knowledgably answer any questions.

  • Ensure games are cleaned, adequately equipped and ready for guest use.

  • Enforce game rules and ensure appropriate prizes are awarded.

  • Maintain proper security of all prizes.

  • Assist in opening and closing procedures.

  • Assist with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and the restocking of game prizes.

  • Receive cash and disburse change as needed.

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience working in an arcade or similar setting.

  •  Background in face-to-face customer service in a comparable role.

  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Self-described as enthusiastic, detail-focused, and sociable.

  • Available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
