THE JOB:
Embark on an exciting journey with us as an MGM Rewards Representative, where you'll lead the charge in promoting and enrolling new members into our prestigious MGM Rewards program! As a valued member of our team, you'll actively engage with guests, showcasing the myriad benefits of MGM Rewards, enrolling new members, and delivering unparalleled service.
THE STARTING PAY RATE: $17.00/HR
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Engage guests proactively and enthusiastically as you provide information about MGM Rewards and enroll new customers while navigating designated property areas.

Complete all necessary enrollment information neatly and accurately while protecting the confidentiality of customer information and company documents and files under immediate control

Provide excellent service and maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests and employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of confidently approaching customers

Enjoys problem-solving and is adept at handling challenging scenarios with professionalism and tact in a fast-paced hospitality environment
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or conventions

Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
