The Marketing Executive Casino Host will expedite processes, use appropriate judgment and make decisions to execute casino customer requests. You will create personalized and unforgettable experiences for VIP guests that will directly impact the casino's reputation and revenue.   • Player Management: You'll be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with VIP players. This involves providing personalized service to meet their needs and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the casino.

  • Promotions and Events: You'll develop and execute marketing promotions and events tailored to VIP players, such as exclusive tournaments, parties, and giveaways. These activities aim to enhance the player experience and drive engagement and retention.

  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is crucial in this role. You'll serve as the main point of contact for VIP players, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring they have a seamless gaming experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Leadership experience in the casino marketing industry.
