Marketing Coordinator | Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts

Job Description

Your day to day 

  • Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs to advise internal stakeholders of planned campaigns. 
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, collateral, email marketing, ad hoc projects and strategies to increase assigned Hotel’s brand awareness in the marketplace. 
  • Assist in the planning and management of assigned food and beverage marketing campaigns. 
  • Responsible for Social Media posts, competitions and inbox monitoring 
  • Film, edit and produce video content suitable for a variety of platforms including social media channels and website 
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies across all outlets, managing multiple influencers per month 
  • Support the Marketing Manager in checking, amending and approving all website updates 
  • Assist the Marketing Manager to develop, source and facilitate interesting events and promotions that will generate revenue and promote public relations 
  • Responsible for creative for menus, collateral and all promotional material 
  • Work with the DOSM, Food & beverage Management, and Sales team to market the hotel and its outlets

What we need from you 

  • Qualified – Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience 
  • Articulate – a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to 
  • Excellent computer literacy including competent skills in Microsoft Office suite 
  • Competent with the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign & Photoshop 
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to take direction and work independently 
  • Demonstrated expertise of online marketing as well as offline 
  • Experience with WordPress or CMS preferred but not essential 
  • Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry 
  • Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn 
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of attention to detail while managing competing tasks, incoming calls and emails
