We are looking for Marketing Communications Manager – Melia Danang Beach Resort.

 

Mission:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communication Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. The Marketing Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing communication plans to promote the Gran Melia Jakarta brand, enhance its visibility, and drive revenue growth.

 

Main responsibilities:

•    Develop comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the hotel’s overall objectives, including promoting various F&B dining outlets.
•    Oversee various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, advertising materials, and press releases, to strengthen and improve hotel awareness.
•    Be a strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
•    Possess a creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
•    Cultivate relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry contacts to secure press coverage and media opportunities.
•    Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives, using data insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
•    Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
•    Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
•    Initiate and arrange media or influencer events, including media previews and press conferences, to promote the hotel and its various F&B dining outlets.
•    Lead and mentor the marketing communication team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
 

Main requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
•    Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing communication roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
•    Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media management, content creation, SEO, and email marketing.
•    Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
•    Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
•    Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
•    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
•    Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
