THE JOB

As a Manicurist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: Commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Provide nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocols
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all products, retail and be informed of the latest trends in nail care services and techniques
  • Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Cosmetology license
  • Age 21+

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STANDOUT

  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Manicurist experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has experience with acrylic and gelx nails
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
