THE ROLE:

Picture yourself as a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Borgata, leading the charge in shaping our recruitment strategy to mirror our organizational vision and values. You'll work hand in hand with property leaders, pinpointing talent requirements, overseeing the entire recruitment process, and guiding our property recruitment team with finesse. This is an onsite role.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft and execute talent acquisition plans in alignment with our overarching vision.

  • Coach and nurture your team towards peak performance.

  • Deliver regular updates to TA Leadership.

  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment Marketing for seamless execution.

  • Forge robust connections with business leaders.

  • Oversee operational processes, ensuring both efficiency and compliance.

  • Champion projects and initiatives aimed at continuous enhancement.

THE IDEAL MATCH:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Bring along 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience, including client management.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.

  • A strategic thinker with a knack for analytics.

  • A dedicated problem-solver driven by a pursuit of excellence.
