Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assuring safety of all guests while using the pool and surrounding area
- Responsible for enforcing pool regulations and safety guidelines
- Participate in Pool rescues if needed
- Maintains accurate pool water testing records
- Maintains attentive and positive demeanor assists guests as needed
- Provides Family Styles Service at all times
- May performs other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- None
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity preferred.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must possess Red Cross senior Lifesaving certificate at all times
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Must have good communication skills.
