Learning & Quality Manager | SPHC

Job Description

Embark on a journey with us as a Learning & Quality Manager at the First Vignette collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carliton Almoaibed Hotel). We are in search of candidates with ambition, talent, and essential skills. This pivotal role requires someone who will oversee trainings and development programs as well as monitoring quality assurance standards to ensure consistency in service delivery across all hotel departments.

Being a Learning & Quality Manager means driving exceptional guest experiences through targeted and measured training platforms along with a high level of attention to detail in quality assurance and standards.

A little of your day-to-day:

  • Create and update training programs for different departments within the hotel.
  • Focusing on improving employee skills, knowledge, and overall service quality.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive comprehensive training on hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Develop and implement systems for assessing employee performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that employees are trained on and adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Regularly monitor the effectiveness of training programs and prepare reports on the impact of learning initiatives on service quality.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR/Training field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
  • Ensures that all training and development initiatives (specific to each department) are strategically connected to IHG’s mission.
  • Adjusts training methods or provides re-training as needed.
  • Aligns existing training and development programs to positively influence key business indicators.
  • Sets clear guidelines for employees to comprehend expectations and parameters.
  • Creates specialized training programs to enhance service performance.
  • Upholds IHG and brand values throughout all training and development
