This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company!  As a Learning Experience Associate, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s most important asset, our Team Members. On the Global Learning team reporting to the Senior Manager of Learning Experience Design, you will work on projects including supporting learning programs for our corporate and hotel Team Members. This person will help with the procurement, administration, and launch of training through project management, Hilton University registrations, and metrics/analytics.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Help manage the educational content and learning initiatives for the Global Learning & Development Team.
  • Oversee the administration and reporting within the Learning Management System, along with the development and upkeep of associated educational technologies.
  • Contribute to the design, rollout, and continuous enhancement of learning programs and related projects.
  • Generate tailored reports that deliver meaningful insights into the learning and development processes.
  • Ensure the systematic organization, accuracy, and accessibility of all reports for key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes by analyzing course completions, learner participation, and performance metrics.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with the learning analytics team to delve into educational data, discern patterns, and offer insights that enhance learning achievements.
  • Liaise with the HR Technology Team to architect and implement sophisticated hybrid learning programs.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Spearhead the development of comprehensive support materials and training modules for the effective use of our learning technology systems and Learning Management System.
  • Evaluate new features within the LMS and strategize their implementation to maximize benefits for our team members.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of Corporate or Hospitality experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Three (3) years of experience in a Corporate or Hospitality environment and/or Learning and Development organization.
  • Familiarity with working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint.
  • Two or more years of experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Cornerstone SBX or SuccessFactors Learning.
