Lead Retail Associate – Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City) | Caesers

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.  Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.   Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins.  Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.  Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.   Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.  Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.   Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. 
 
Assists Supervisor in overseeing the day-to day tasks of the Retail Outlets.  Under direction from the Shift Supervisor, responsible for the maintaining visual standards and creating and maintaining effective displays.  Assists the Shift Supervisor in maintaining inventory levels.   Trouble shoots process or technical issues for Associates.  Provides quality customer service by displaying expertise in merchandising, fashion, fit and product knowledge.  Builds sales volume based on customer service, sales, expertise, merchandising and fashion knowledge, and most importantly, on customer satisfaction.  Assists with training the Sales Associates in selling techniques, customer service and establishing clientele.    Promotes positive guest/client relations.  Completes special assignments as requested by the Shift Supervisor.
 
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  1-2 years prior retail sales experience preferred.
