Job Description

What you will do:

The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury Lodge – and you can be part of that! We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchenhand to join our team. The right applicant must be self motivated, a team player and work well in a high pressure environment. Duties include – 

• keeping the kitchen clean and completing daily tasks as per cleaning roster
• washing up of all pots, pans and dishes
• basic food preparation & storing of delivery’s as required by shift leader
• And ensuring that health, safety and hygiene is maintained at the highest possible level. 

What you will bring:

We are looking for a self starter and excellent team player who can demonstrate – 

• A basic knowledge of all areas of the kitchen
• The ability to think on your feet as we have many guest requests and menu changes each day
• Good time management.
• Flexible and willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
