SUMMARY: The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all production teams have sanitary tools and workspaces.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Keeps utensils and ware clean, sanitized and properly stored.
  • Keep department supplies filled and maintained.
  • Practice proper care and maintenance of all equipment.
  • Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area.
  • Take out trash on a regular basis.
  • Observes good sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must exhibit the Family Style Service Model at all times.

 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

One to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Clark County Health Card.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to read and write simple correspondences, memos and lists.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with weight measurements, volume and distance.
