Job Duties

• Responsible for scraping, racking, stacking and washing china, silverware and glassware manually and with kitchen sanitation equipment.
• Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experienced Preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
• Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
