Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef who shares our passion for delivering an unrivalled level of service, to join our busy Kitchen Brigade. You will be a highly motivated team player who can assist in leading the Department to deliver exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

Qualifications

  • An experienced Chef De Partie looking to take the next step in their culinary career
  • Experience working large scale banquets and events of up to 1500 pax
  • Willingness to positively communicate and collaborate with other Resort stakeholders
  • Well versed in all aspects of food hygiene, HACCP and WH&S
  • A positive orientation towards the industry and guest service
  • Invested in the care and growth of the team.
