We are recruiting for an Information Technology Assistant position to join the Team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.
As Information Technology Assistant, you will support and assist the Information Technology Manager with hotel guests and associates Information Technology related issues.

Job Description
Being the first line of support for hotel guests and associates with their IT requirements.
Supporting the Information Technology Manager, as and when required, to ensure the Hotel is technologically advanced and efficient with all matters relating to hospitality information technology. 
Assisting in maintaining all PC’s, printers, faxes, photocopiers, scanners, telephones, POS terminals, and credit card terminals and coordinate quarterly preventative maintenance.
Ensuring positive communication with associates and managers by always keeping the morale high.
Ensuring all associates are informed and trained on all newly implemented systems, changes to policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to by all associates.
Ability to communicate effectively whether in person, on the telephone or in writing.
Strong knowledge of Rosewood standards and their correct application to ensure they are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in similar position.
Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.
