Job Description

We are currently looking for a International Sales Manager to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our International Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue streams across their markets by ensuring the agreed sales plans are implemented in accordance with industry best practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering revenue performance against business plan projections (including occupancy, average rate, revenue, RevPAR, and market share performance.)
  • Executes the hotel’s commercial strategy that delivers the annual goals of their specific market segments.
  • Analyses their sales performance statistics and adjust their strategy in accordance with changes in the market with their Director of Sales
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with key bookers and decision makers of their accounts.
  • Solidify business relationships by signing contracts with key accounts of their markets in accordance with the rules and procedures of the relevant market segment.
  • Identifies, qualifies, and classifies their accounts into key retention, development, and acquisition accounts and monitors systematically the revenue performance of these.
  • Provides recommendations to refine and improve the services available at the hotel based on feedback from the marketplace. Identifies relevant marketing opportunities and partnership potential with key companies.

Develops and executes realistic, transparent goals broken down by their market segments, presented in the form of a full personal business plan.Acquires new accounts and develops and penetrates further existing account in their dedicated market segments to drive business to the hotel.
