Role
We are currently looking for a Room Service Waiter to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Room Service Waiters are appointed to provide our resident guests with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room.
Key expectations of this role are
- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Has a thorough understanding of culinary and beverage service skills to better deliver an all-round In Room Dining experience to our guests
- Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and handling skills to ensure timely delivery and completion of guest centered tasks and requests.
- Ensuring the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
Profile
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a passion for guest service as well as food and drinks.
- Being able to communicate clearly and effectively.
