Role
We are currently looking for a Room Service Mini Bar Attendant to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Room Service Mini Bar Attendants are appointed to ensure that all guest rooms and minibars are maintained in accordance with the Rosewood standards.
Key expectations of this role are
- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Stocks and replaces missing items in the minibar in guest rooms, inspect and clean the minibars in accordance with departmental procedures and policies.
- Ensures products in minibar and guest room are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove and replace those products as necessary.
- Monitors and reports any misuse or unexplained stock discrepancies.
Profile
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a passion for guest service as well as food and drinks.
- Being able to communicate clearly and effectively.
