The Position

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for supporting the management and maintenance of our HR and training department. You will assist and support new employees from the moment they start with us, through hiring, and all communications. You will manage new starter admin, provide appropriate advisory support in areas such as performance management and best practice, and contribute to the hotel’s recruitment process – including welcoming the new employees and follow up on their files. In other words, your work will be crucial to the staffing – and therefore running – of the hotel.

Your effectiveness, diplomacy and administration skills will define your success in the role.
