Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, professional and motivated individual to step up and take daily charge. We are seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic and energetic leader to deliver timely cleaning, thorough inspections and consistently high standards. The Housekeeping Supervisor will report to the Housekeeping Manager and will be responsible for helping manage the team on a day to day basis, as well as rolling up your sleeves and getting the mahi done.

This is a fixed term position covering parental leave until the end of May 2024 (with the potential for further opportunities).

About you

For this position, you must be self motivated, a team player and work well in a high paced environment.  You will also need have:

  • A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry
  • Cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5 star Hotel/Resort environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills 
  • Flexibility – able to work shifts, including weekends
