About the role:

What you will do:

Housekeeping Supervisor assigns rooms to and supports the overall day-to-day efficiency of the Housekeeping Operation.

The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to direct a section of Housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

You will inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel, train and coach the staff.

You will schedule work to be done daily, collect room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas, monitor each Room Attendant’s daily progress.

You will inspect completed rooms to assure that all standards have been met. When standards have been missed, bring employee back to room to correct the deficiency.

You will coordinate work orders in assigned section and follow up to be sure work is completed. You will assure that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors. Check cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.

You will assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Room Attendant and House Attendant.

What you bring:

Has 2-3 years of relevant experience in 5 star Luxury hotels or resorts
Requires ability to operate computer systems
Requires the ability to operate and utilize housekeeping equipment and tools.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
