About the location:

About the role Directs a section of the Housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

What you will do

Answer Housekeeping telephone, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette. /適切な敬称、電話エチケットを用いて、ハウスキーピングの電話に応対する。 · Access all functions of computer; PMS, HotSOS, according to specifications. /仕様に従い、コンピューター、PMS、HotSOSを使用する。

· Print designated reports and distribute accordingly. /指定の報告書の印刷・配布。

· Update room status report in accordance with departmental procedures. /部署のプロシージャーに従い、ルームステータスレポートをアップデートする。 · Contact Floor Supervisor to resolve discrepant rooms. /不一致のある部屋をフロアスーパーバイザーに連絡し、修正する。

· Monitor and track the status of Out of Order rooms accordingly /使用不可の客室のステータスをモニターし追跡記録する。

· Prepare work orders for maintenance repairs and distribute them to the engineering department. Monitor completion of work orders submitted /保守修理の作業オーダーを作成し、エンジニアリングに依頼する。提出した作業オーダーの完了をモニターする。

· Document all guest requests for Housekeeping items/services and assign to respective personnel/departments for completion. /ハウスキーピングアイテム、サービスに関するゲストのリクエストを記録し、各スタッフ/部署に割り当て、対応を完了する。

· Review status of incomplete work and follow up actions with manager before leaving. /退勤の前には未完了の作業を確認し、マネージャーとフォローアップを行う。

· Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping / Assistant Manager/その他、ディレクターオブハウスキーピング/アシスタントマネージャーが指示する業務を行う。

 

What you bring

EDUCATION/学歴: High School education or equivalent experience/高校卒業もしくは同程度

EXPERIENCE/経歴: Prefer one to two years experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization/フォーシーズンズまたは、他の企業にて、同等のポジションの経験が1~2年あることが望ましい

Ability to read, write and speak English & Japanese. /英語、日本語の読み書き、会話能力

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time position

Eight-hour shift, must have flexibility in availability to work according to business volume.
