THE JOB:

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Heavy Stewarding Utility team member, you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintaining of our restaurant outlet’s dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. You will help to create a safe and clean work area in the restaurant outlet’s kitchens.

• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Receive and clean our guest’s soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware following proper departmental procedures
• Remove cleaned dinnerware, flatware, and glasses and replace in appropriate dining outlets
• Maintain the kitchen area by properly mopping and sweeping floor, operating the buffer and vacuum machines, and monitoring trash levels in the receptacles
• Manage and maintain the keral dish washing machines, the de-liming process, oven hoods, and ceilings all to Health Regulation Standards
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

HOURLY WAGE: $16.46
