The Head Bartender Manager Role
Our food and beverage team are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive abilityto anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and deliveringan experience that is beyond expectation – creating memorable moments for ourguests.
Our Head Bartender must be as keen as mustard where service is concerned!
You will be part of our food and beverageteam and lead by example, ensuring our standards of service are high whilstensuring back of house is in order.
As an integral part of the team,you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth runningof the bar.
You will join a team that is passionate about deliveringincredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst havingfun in all that we do!

• Experience in a similar position.
Key responsibilities
– Scheduling, training and motivating your Team.
– Stocktakes, ordering and cellar management.
– Keeping up to date with licencing legislation.
– Adhering to Health, Safety and Hygiene rules and checks.
– Delivering a fantastic guest experience whilst upselling .
Main Tasks
– Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
– Management and security of the stockroom and cellar.
– Serve behind the bar and oversee the bar snack kitchen.
– Ensuring the bar, seating and kitchen areas are kept clean and of a high professional standard.
– Train and develop your team knowledge in product, service and standards.
– Feed back to the senior team on opportunities to increase revenue and profit.
Criteria
– Minimum 1 year similar experience.
– Must be over 18 years old.
– Cash handling and ordering skills.
– Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
– Be able to start as early as 8.00am and work as late as 2.00am.
– Driving licence (preferred)
