About the location:

1.    Tüm konuk oda, banyo ve koridorlarını Four Seasons standartlarına göre temizlemek,  hijyen standartlarına göre dezenfekte etmek ve konukların kullanımı için malzemeleri eksiksiz olarak tamamlamak.
2.    İşini yapmakta kullandığı malzelelere özen göstermek, kirli ve temiz malzeme ayrımını yaparak malzeme stok, dolap ve depolarını düzenli tutmak.
3.    İşini yaprken karşılaştığı her tür  hasar ve aksamaları, iş güvenliğini tehlikeye atan durumları zamanında ve doğru şekilde amirine rapor etmek.   
4.    İşini yaparken kullandığı otel araç, gereçleri, misafir odası ve depo anahtarlarını itina ile muhafaza etmek
5.    Otel  emniyet ve acil durum prosedürlerine uymak.
6.    Görevlerini yerine getirirken otel prosedür, kural ve standartlarına bağlı kalarak çalışmak.
7.    Otelin herhangi bir yerinde unutulan ve bulunan kayıp eşyaları Kayıp ve Bulunan Eşya Yönetmeliği çerçevesinde teslim etmek.
8.    İşveren ve amirleri tarafından verilen iş tanımı haricindeki ek görev veya projeleri yerine getirmek.
9.    Belirlenmiş Four Seasons standart ve yönetmeliklerini bilmek ve uygulamak. 
10.    Daima temiz ve düzgün üniformaya sahip olmak.
11.    Konuk isteklerini her zaman sakin ve nazik bir biçimde Four Seasons standartlarına göre yerine getirmek.
12.    İş gerektirdiği taktirde mesai dışı çalışmak ve fazla mesai yapmak
13.    Kişisel çıkarları gözardı ederek takımın hedefleri üzerine odaklanmak
