About the location:

Situated in the lush Mae Rim Valley, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is a haven of peace and luxury, just 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai city. Responsibilities

1.            Display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees

2.            Welcome hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures.  

3.            Handle a multitude of keys.

4.            Quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates.

5.            Accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff.

6.            Select and block rooms and pre-register for arriving individuals or groups assist in escorting and room orientation to all group guests.

7.            Check in walk in, individuals and group guests.

8.            Work closely with the bell staff to coordinate the efficient handling of guest luggage.

9.            Work closely with the Concierge Staff to coordinate the efficient handling of guest luggage and follow up on guest requests.

10.          Handle guest problems or complaints.

11.          Utilize the computer system in running daily reports and in blocking special requests.

12.          Handle safety deposit box requests, including distributing, giving access to and closing procedures.

13.          Complete key packets and vouchers, and to modify registration cards.

14.          Maintain a balanced bank assigned to you from the hotel.
