Job Description

  • Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure
  • Settling guest accounts and ensuring cashiering is accurate
  • Adhering to all credit procedures as they pertain to the registration and check-out process
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
  • Fulfilling guest requests

Qualifications

  • Ability to anticipate and satisfy customer needs and expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, speaks clearly, concisely and with poise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Shifts vary from 7am to 4.30pm or 3.00pm to 11.30pm you must be available to work both mornings and nights over the 7 day a week roster.
