THE JOB:
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to our guests through direct engagement on MGM review sites, social media platforms and other online channels for consumer feedback. This role is instrumental in maintaining an impeccable public image of the Company to positively impact the decisions of potential future guests in choosing an MGM Resorts International destination.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00

THE DAY TO DAY:

  • Utilize our computer system to input information and is comfortable navigating programs on the computer

  • Prioritize, categorize and respond to guest comments, complaints and inquiries

  • Follows department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations in the performance of job duties.

  • Engage and acknowledge internal and external guests in a friendly and outgoing matter 

  • Follows department and company policies and procedures

  • Reading and interpreting spreadsheets utilizing the software to analyze data

A GREAT CANDIDATE:

  • Possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

  • Is welcoming and engaging to all guests and team members while showing empathy when needed

  • Has over 1 year of customer service experience and is comfortable communicating with others

  • Will be knowledgeable about company products and procedures

  • Can handle multiple tasks at one time while problem solving, building relationships and being efficient

  • Displays excellent customer service skills
