About the location:

About the role
At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Guest Experience Manager is dedicated to creating exceptional experience for our owners and guests of all ages and oversees the Activities department.
 

What you will do
    Oversee and ensure the completion of permission slips and/or waiver form by parents.
    Address owner/guest complaints effectively and professionally.
    Supervise and guide children throughout the day, maintaining control.
    Administer immediate first aid or CPR, and handle accidents, injuries, emergencies, or ill
     children appropriately.
    Maintain cleanliness and organization in all utilized areas, particularly at the end of the day.
    Supervise, direct, discipline, and conduct performance evaluations for the Guest Experience
     Supervisor and Activities Attendants.
    Schedule staff in accordance with budgeted guidelines.
    Order supplies for all in house activities, including holiday events.
    Plan and implement all recreational activities for children and owners/guests of all ages.
    Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.

What you bring
    Reading, writing, and oral proficiency of the English language.
    Experience in first aid and CPR.
    San Diego County Food Handlers (not required upon hire).

Schedule & Hours:

    Full Time
    Early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
