Group Sales Executive – Part Time | WhitBread

Job Description

Our customers are the lifeblood of our business and how we interact and work with them can determine whether they come back to us again and again.

The Premier Inn is loved by millions of guests in the UK and beyond. We’re looking for someone to join our Group Bookings Team. We take many bookings both online and the phone and are looking for someone who can support our business and leisure customers with their bookings. This will be anything from taking the booking through to solving any issue which the customer may have.

If you pride yourself on giving excellent customer service, building strong relationships and working with one of the biggest hospitality brands in the UK and beyond, we will be the right choice for you.

You’ll have a case load of work that comes through, mostly by email but can also be on the phone.  You’ll be responding to these quote requests, informing customers of hotel pricing etc.  If they want to go ahead with the booking, you’ll confirm the booking with them.  These are both tracked on an excel tracker so a basic understanding of excel is a must and you’ll be trained on the systems that we use to create the bookings so being comfortable using systems is important.

Please note this is part time position. You will be required to work either 4 days per week (4 hour shift) or 3 days per week (5.33 hour shift).
