Group Reservations Coordinator (Full-Time) – Hilton Orlando | Hilton Hotels & Resorts

Job Description

The Hilton Orlando, located off of International Drive near the Orange County Convention Center, is looking to welcome a Group Reservations Coordinator to join the team! 

Shift Pattern:  Weekdays; day shifts 

Rate of Pay: $19 per hour  

What will I be doing?

As Group Reservations Coordinator with Hilton Hotels, you are responsible for managing group blocks in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Process group reservation information and input rooming lists

  • Enter reservations, process reservation changes, and ensure organization of group rooms upon arrival 

  • Communicate effectively with Meeting Planners, Housing Agencies, Clients, and internally with Revenue, Events, Sales, and Front Office Teams

  • Respond to both guests and clients in-person, email, and telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

  • Perform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, and copying
